How do I take care of a baby betta??

Just want to know all of the things for baby bettas, like water perimeters, food and do they like plants? Can they eat flakes? Things like that,

How small is the baby betta? As far as parameters go I'm guessing it would be the same as an adult...

its not a fry anymore, but its still small, its colors have still not developed yet but you can see all of its fins pretty well

I would guess some crushed flakes would be ok then
