I don't think you need to sign up, I think it's just viewable online to anyone that wants to read it.. If I remember right they took down the last one a couple months ago and we haven't seen a new one in quite some time.. Supposedly the guys are working hard on it though.

The first one which came out in September 2006 is still available here.

A second one is being worked on and then hopefully, they'll come out on a more regular basis. BTW, all articles in the above newsletter are really good, if you haven't read 'em already.
