How Do I Sex African Cichlids?

especialy the following species:
1)Labidochromis caeruleus
2)Metriaclima callainos
3)Metriaclima greshakei
4)Pseudotropheus socolofi (Albino)

With labs and callainos the only sure way to sex them is to vent. Here's a good article on it. http/www.cichlid-forum.com/articles/gender.php

If you have a good eye you can tell the difference on sexually mature callainos by sight: Males have a soft fluorescent blue ground color, without any vertical bars, and have ~5 eggs spots on their anal fin. Females are a little lighter shade of blue, almost grayish-blue.

Male greshaki have a brigh blue body with bright orange dorsal fin and tail. Females are more brownish.

Albino socolofi: females and males are identical with the exception of some females who may sometimes lack egg spots. So another fish you would need to vent.
