How do i put a picture by my name?

Can anyone tell me how i put a picture next to my name on the right hand side when i post replies etc please help.

Go to 'My Controls' on the top right of the screen. Then, on the menu on the left, click 'Avatar Settings'. You then have the option to pick one from the gallery, up load one off your computer, or enter a URL to an image.
