How Do I Know How To Sex My Fish

hi i have 1 congo tetra , 5 other tetra's with like black stripes on its body and ai have a yellow spottted pleco and another random fish with tentacals how will i know what sex they are and how do i breed them

What fish are you interested in breeding? The black stripe tetra maybe Emperor tetras and the tentacal one I would say is some type of Gouramis.
