Yeah the medicine works, I cured my fish before that had Ick.

I used the heating method n medication at the same time, Increase the temp to 80 or a bit higher temp that ur fish can take, I usually add some airstone for more oxygen, since oxygen decreases with higher temp. I also used "Ick Ease" as a medication, you gonna have to remove the carbon filter from the filter when ur medicating them. You have to cure the entire tank.

If you have a scaleless fish in ur tank, get medication thats safe for them.

could you list your stocking please? and, perhaps, use a forum search for, 'treating ICK'. there are lots of threads on this.

however, you will need to treat your fish/tank, several times over the space of a week or so.
