Okay, I know how to pick out a good pair of angels to breed, but I don't get it. Do I just stick them in a 20 gallon tank together? The they need to be prepared like with bettas? And I know you're suppost to feed the babies brine shrimp for the first little while, but is there anything else I can use? I want my angels to be happy, healthy and grow fast, but Brine Shrimp eggs are expenive! Will microworms work?

think you should post this in new world... :good:
try to seach for tolak has some great info and breeds angels like guppys
seach with the search engine for tolak and see what you find

First off use a 29 gallon. It's best to have the 29 gallon clutter free, with a good filter. The tank should be bare bottom with a peice of slate and thats about it. You will need to put in around 6 young angels and wait till' they mature and then pair off. Once you get a pair keep it and take the others back to the pet store. http://www.fishforums.net/Angelfish-Spawni...ing-t96104.html should help you.

DiscusLova is right. once u get an established pair, take out the other four. it'd have to remove any unnecessary stress on the pair. live food always works when getting angels to spawn
