How Do I Add A Picture To My Posts?

If i want to add a picture to my posts, how do I do it please. I click on the insert image button, but then it wants a web address?

help please

Sign up to a free image hosting site like www.photobucket.com , upload your photos, then copy the info in the IMG box under each pic and paste in your post. Presto, instant pics. To save people with slower connections, be sure to resize your pics before uploading, I usually try to keep mine under 3 inches.
