How Can I Tell If They Have Paired Off?

I got two bolivian rams about three days ago, the person in my lfs tried as hard has he could to get me a male and female and he said bring one back if they start to fight. But what behavour do i look for to warrent pairing or fighting?

As per my comments in ted28's thread, chances are you will only know you have a confirmed pair once they have bred.
