How Can I Tell If The Angels Will Pair Up Or Is It Pot Luck

i going to try to breed angel
& going to get two angels next weekend
so the fish store have about 15 angels in the tank anywhere of telling whcih will pair up

Hi,

If you are buying with the intentions of breeding you should get 6 small fish and let 2 pair up then return the others to the shop. The chances of you buying 2 that get along are practically 0 never mind 2 that will pair up. What do you plan on putting the fry in? do you have space to raise the large amount of fry that angels produce? Have you read all the angel posts in the cichlid forum? Read up as much as you can on the subject then you know what your getting into.

i was just going to let them breed & leave them there until they are older

or i was going to take some of the eggs out of the tank & leave like 20 eggs
