As you can see in the above video. I just made a few changes to the existing main pond set up and moved pregnant black molly there with other fishes. This would be like going with "Survival of the fittest". I've created enough hiding spaces for the fish babies using cobamba floating plants and added more stones and pebbles. I'm also thinking of adding plants like wisteria. And, like oldman47 said, I will feed the adults more frequently to ensure the don't go after the babies?
The small tub will now be completely owned by the sole surviving fry and will also move the other fries to this tub as soon as they are born. This small tub now uses a bio-foam filter. Once the fries a big enough I can move them to the main pond.
In the mean time, the Yellow Molly has been behaving wierdly. She delivered babies about 3 weeks back and is already bloated again. She has lost a bit of her color too. From stark yellow, she now looks a bit faded yellow colored with an orangish shade. Not sure whats wrong with her.
