How Big Do My Young Black Mollies Have To Be Till They Can Be With The

I had 5 young mollies drop about a month ago and there pretty small and I want to know how big do they have to be so they can be in the same aquarium with there mom? Also when will I know what gender they are?

well as long as they cant fit in moms mouth there good, id say an inch or 2, there sexual mature at 2 to 3 months, and the difference in sex is the gonoponium being th males and females having only a fin there.

^^ agreed, i usually was able to put my molly fry with their mom at about 3 weeks -- which is when they were big enough not to get eaten -- but it can differentiate.  Also just remember that they need to be big enough not to get sucked up into the filter which is why IMO i think sponge filters are the best.
