How best to feed ??

Hi

Can someone give me an idea on how to feed my fish some peas, how do you weigh them down ?

i tend to boil them in water for a few minutes, squash the shell off, mush the peas between my finger then drop in the tank, some bits sink, some bits sort of float mid level and some stay on top but it all gets eaten very fast. i never have used weights for peas

I take them out of the freezer, thaw the pea(s) in my hand, an either let my fish rip the shell off or take it off before I throw it in the tank
