Housing bettas?

I am going to breed bettas and i was wondering how i should house the male bettas once they get to the stage when they are fighting? i was thinking on something like a very simple betta barracks, but without the cost? anyone any ideas?

Beanie boxes usually. Anything about 1/2 a gallon works fine.

I'd say the beanie boxes and jars would work fine. You can also divide up tanks. But eitherway, if you really want to breed you're going to have to spend A LOT of money, no matter how many things you can gather up for free.

as soon as you intro two males together they will fight to the death i heard chinese/japanese add 50+ males in a big tank and watch them fight just for fun how cruel! well anyway go to wilkos and they sell 4l fish tanks for £1.85 each they are qiute the ok size and will easily hold a air stone and small filter mine is going in one hopefully tomorow.
