The symptoms you listed are vague, which is probably why nobody's really replying. a picture would help, as well as water perimeters and diet for good measure.

Is it a raised white patch, or something flush with the rest of its head?

What conditions are you keeping it in (temp, pH, salinity [being a brakish species] etc.)?
