Hornwort Help

I've just bought some Hornwort as I was told it was a floating plant, just put it in my tank and it's sinks! Not sure what to do with it now, can anyone help?

Give it time it'll probably float after a bit. I tend to find the old parts sink to, so pinching off the newer bits should mean it floats better.
