Hi,
I've been feeding my red cherry shrimp small sinking pellets and boiled veg like zuchini (courgette) which they completely ignore so I started looking into home made food but most look difficult and expensive
I dont have many shrimp but they are breeding. They are in a 16litre shrimp tank.
Does anyone have any recipes or suggestions?
thanks, Chris

Some shrimp will love cooked egg yolk and many shrimp will go crazy for nori sheets even bloodworms are often a firm favourite.

I guess if you wanted to you could try to make a sort of biscuit/ crumble using egg yolk, nori sheet and blood worms.

i do have frozen bloodworms and i don't know that shrimp like cooked egg yolk
by the way what are nori sheets? :/
thanks, chris

Nori sheets are the seaweed that gets wrapped around sushi rolls

Any shop that sells Asian foods should stock nori sheets, I know my local Woolworths sells nori sheets with all the vinegars etc that are also used in making sushi wraps. Other wise if you have a Japanese resutrant they should be able to tell you where you can get nori sheets.

You can get nori sheets at most supermarket chains. I know Asda do them in their asian speciality food section.
