Going Glamping for a week on Saturday and unfortunately my usual holiday fish feeder is also on his holiday !  DOH !
So I have a few questions.
  1. (Fish in Sig) Do you think they will be ok with no food for 7 days ?
  2. Do I get a feeder block ? If so, which ones are suitable for corys ?
  3. Buy an auto feeder ?
  4. Over feed for a few days prior to going ?
Other options welcome :D

(1) Yes
(2) No, they tend to just create ammonia
(3) No, they can often malfunction - there is a review of one in the Reviews section.
(4) No

I would suggest you feed them as the last thing you do before you walk out of the door, and the first thing you do upon your return, but fish are easily able to go a week and more without food.

glad i seen this post as im away for 7 days next month and didnt want my fish to die

Feed them well (not over feed) before you leave and they will be ok!

Live plants will help as well... live plants provides microfauna for the fish to live on while you are away.

Buy some java fern, java moss, etc.
