After about a week of being planted in my tank I've noticed that my Wisteria plants all have small holes in tehir leaves similiar to ones you would see from catepillars eating tree leaves. None of my other plants are having the same problem. Any Ideas?

Note, the plants have actually grown about 2-4 inches over the week.

No Just Plecos... I heard they might be eating the plants. I have a sand/laterite substrate and the plecos (2) have been ####ting everywhere. I was thinking about trading them in for some snails. Any Thoughts?

Plecs are known to eat some plants. So are some snails.

Nerite and Malyasian trumpet snails (MTS) are plant safe.

However, nerites can lay eggs on decor etc. that look a little unsightly and are hard to remove.

MTS multiply quickly but generally only appear after lights out. They bury in the substrate and are ideal maintenance crew IME.

In australia, ive only ever seen apple snails. Might have to look abit harder i suppose. Or might just not have any snails anymore. Im gettin abit sick of them, got over 50 fair size apple snails spread thru my tanks.
