I thought my female molly had whitespot, now it has disspeared, this morning a few days later, my male molly had a few white spots on his fins... and a grey circle on the top of his head
I keep looking and looking, i cant tell if it is a hole or not....

What should i do?

My api test results are 0 ammonia 0 nitrite 40 (or less) Nitrate

Hole in the head starts off as pitting or a white pimple. Livebearers rarely get hole in the head.
If the fish have whitespot the grey patch could be because of the whitespot.
Have you started treating for whitespot if the fish have grains of salt sized spots on there fins.

Grey patches on head can also be columnaris. But I would treat for whitespot first and see if it clears up.

I havent jsut yet, only noticed it on him today, (same for the grey circle)
The grey "hole" is far away from the white spot... does that matter?

Didnt know they were linked.

What medication would you recommend?

So the grey patch on the head turned into a hole.
Has the fish caught himself on something sharp in the tank.
I doubt its hole in the head but sores can ulcerate into a hole.
Are ths spots on the fish the size of a grain of salt.

Just to put your mind at ease this is hole in the head.

I dotn know if it is a hole... cant quite tell, its only just got there.
There isnt anythign sharp in the tank,
Him and the female molly get pop eye her regulary, ive only seen him have it once around a week ago.

The fish shouldn't be getting popeye all the time.
How many gallons is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Have you had bad water quality.
Do any fish look skinny or bent spines.
Columanris can eat away at the flesh causing ulcerations.

The tank is 100 litres = approx 20 gallons i think
7 Male Guppies
1 Female sailfin molly
1 Male sailfin Molly
5 Tetras
about 10 molly fry

No i dont have bad water quality, all seemed really well... until this.!
No none of the fish look skinny, they eat well.

Ok just wanted to make sure. Popeye can be a symtom of fish tb.

If the fish have grains of salt spots on there fins it sounds like the fish have whitepot.
I would treat the tank for whitespot and see how the guppys goes with the head wound.
Is it possible to load a pic up of the fish with the hole on its head.

Do you think the fish have whitepsot med then.

Sorry was looking at his head.
I think whitespot meds have antiseptic stuff in it so it should help with the head wound.
You need to get a whitespot med fast as it can soon kill a fish once it affects the gills.
I've only had whitespot once and I used anti whitespot med by interpet.

Once you get the med you need to raise temp to 30 and increase aeration, as the high temp and med reduce 02 in the water.
Remove black carbon from filter if you use it.

Why raise the temp?
Its only on 24 C Constant, Wont this harm my fish?

You have to raise temp to speed the life cycle up of the parasite.
