I would check on your Nitrite reading. How long has the tank been set up? Was it cycled??

I would start with doing a good 50% and a few daily changes to follow up on it.


I wouldn't worry about feeding them vitamin enriched food as much as getting them fed at least three times a day with a nice varied diet of dried and frozen foods.
