I have a 55 gallon aquarium that I am running two Marineland Penquin 350's HOB. I just recently bought a 125 gallon aquarium. I am having to build a stand and hood for the aquarium. I have came to the conclusion it would be easier to get a hole saw and cut 2 holes rather than cutting notches big enough in the hood to make HOB fit.
What should I look for in a Canister filter? Whats a min GPH I need for a 125 gallon tank? Is it possible to be able to run just one filter? I'd like to stay around 100-150 (if possible).
