Hob Not Working?!

I did a water change and now it won't quite fill up to work, please help!

It crawls up the tube and then bubbles appear and the water goes down again..filled up chambers manually, there are no instructions and worried. please help

Pull off the tube, make sure any connections are tight. Check the impeller and the recess it fits in, making sure there is no debris. Fill the filter with tank water then install the intake tube, making sure it is seated properly. Also make sure the water level in the tank is up, some filters have a hard time lifting the water any distance.

Thanks for replying Tolak, between you and my partner it is working again, the main problem was water level and connection. Sorry to panic
