heya just walked in my room and my tank light is flicking on and off really fast and its upsetting my fish what is wrong? can i fix it? what should i do?

if its not a lose connection, it sounds very much like the.... god, forget what they are called...someone will help me out here I dare say, anyway, it is a barrel type thing that maybe on the light unit, these can be unscrewed and may cost less than a £1 to replace from most fish shops or electrical/hardware shops.

my dad is an electrician so will ask him tomorro morning then. lo.it did it last time so i just bought a new bulb but it costs loads to just keep buying them wen it happens.

I thought 8inary was referring to a fuse. But this probably isn't the best section to get advice.

The light could be going out. Make sure all the connections look good before you jump to that conclusion tho.
