just seen algea eater spinning from the top circling down( quick addition)

Tank size: 250l
pH: 7.4ish
ammonia:0
nitrite:0
nitrate:2ppm mg/l ish
kH:
gH:
tank temp:80of

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): i have what i think is like a tiny algea eater it hasnt grown much over past 6 month.looks like a chinese algea eater, and a zebra danio along with 2 zebra loaches, which all basically started acting pretty crazy. i have noticed occaisionally 1 or two of the corys also act as if they are bouncing off the gravel eratically, it also occurs in the zebras loachs from time to time

along with this the small algea eater ( about 2cm) which is normal subdued went crazy it started just zipping about in one spot then it stopped and i couldnt see it breathing when i placed the net next to it, again it acted crazy and ended up lying on its back playing dead i left it for a moment and went away for 2 minutes and it had gone back and hidden as if all was fine.

just getting worried if there is any problems here you might know?

Are the fish spinning in circles fast.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
Any excess mucas on the fish body or gills.
What does it look like when the fish go to the toilet.
