You need to upload them to a website such as Photobucket or Imageshack so you get a URL for the picture, and then you use the "Insert Image" tool on there (in the text box tools) or simply copy the code with the

Welcome to the site MrJambo. The easiest way to link with a photograph is to get on a place like photobucket, then just copy the link they provide that has the bIMG codes on it and paste them in here as if they were text. This is the result for me giving a picture of a harbor seal that I discovered when on vacation, on holiday, in Oregon.

If you right click the image and read the properties, you will find where I have stored that image. You could even put that address in the properties into your web browser and it would take you to my photograph.
