Hi there I've got a quite high ph level, ( 7.8 ), and ammonia level 0.50 mg/l. I was trying to add some chemicals but it didn't work. I thought that distilled water could do the job. And so how much of it do I need to add? I've got 90 l fish tank.

A high ph is not necessarily a bad thing, it depends on what fish you want to keep. There are many beautiful and interesting fish that would thrive on that ph, and even higher.
As for the ammonia, is your tank properly cycled?
If you're still cycling the ph is likely to be a little different from the final value.
