I'd really appreciate it if the Dwarf Cichlid fanatics/keepers could respond to a poll I've created on the wrong forum 
blush regarding what levels of nitrate can be tolerated by German Blue Rams and other sensitive Cichlids as the thread is not getting that many hits on the 'Your New Freshwater Tank' forum. Feel free to drop a message on that thread as well, justifying your poll answer.

The reason I have created the poll asking what nitrate level is tolerable to GBR's is due to the conflicting opinions that are circulating and the fact that I'm trying to maintain a planted tank which in some cases, will require a dosing of liquid nitrate fertilizer.
