Is GH 150ppm and KH 120ppm High for Angels? How do I determine the dkh ?

There are 17.9 ppm or mg/L per german degree KH.

GH is not an "action item"

120ppm would be KH=7

Most common tropical fish can be fine in most common KH and pH levels, its the stability of those levels that's important, the fish are sensitive to them changing to much in too short a time.

Its extremely important to try and "live with" your tap water properties if at all possible. That way, water changes, which are so important, will keep the tank pretty much the same and be a stabilizing influence. Its usually not a good thing to go off altering your carbonate hardness or pH unless absolutely necessary.

Very good advice. Unfortunatly for me it is necessary but I have the opposite problem as the OP.

Angels like soft acidic water. Unless you are planning to breed them, you need not worry about how hard your water is.

As someone has said, your KH is 7. Mine is 12 (GH is 24!) Don't worry about it
