Good Morning, Iā€™m new to the forum so thank you all for having me. I was hoping to get some opinions on my pleco.

We are unsure if he simply has an injury or if he has hole in the head (as itā€™s not something weā€™ve ever dealt with before) but he definitely has a significant spot that isnā€™t getting worse but itā€™s not getting better either.

He is young, new to the tank, and a bit shy but truly just a normal little dude.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Need better pictures that are in focus and don't have bubbles everywhere. Also pictures from different angles and if possible, not against a black background because the fish is black.

It's not hole in the head disease but it looks like an infection in the skin on the head. A broad spectrum medication might help but it depends on what caused it.
