So I have tested the water and from what I can read, ammonia is a bit high. I did a water change today and I waited an hour to test it and the ammonia is still high. I think I checked it too soon but I think it's due to over feeding. I use flakes, shrimp pellets, and algae wafers. This is what I have

4 Fiddler Crabs
5 Long Fined Danios
4 Pictus Catfish
Rainbow Shark
Dragon Goby
and Albino Bristlenose Plecostomus

How much of each should I roughly feed them?

If this shouldn't be in this category, sorry... I am just concerned.

Oh sorry. I meant how much is the ammonia exactly?
I would recommend you feed enough so that each fish gets something to eat, but not too much that it takes longer than a min to consume all of it.
