i im andy nt sure wether you would class me as a newbie or not? being keeping tropial fish now fo 2 years
currently using a juwel 180 bow fronted tank

1* lrg red tailed shark
2* kissing guramis
2* lrg angels
1* lrg golden plec
2*clown loach +
1* 8'' clown knife fish (cool)
1* 3'' ghost knife fish
2* lrg silver sharks

they all kool what you think

think your going 2 run into problems....the tank is not big enough for the fish you are keeping

check out the adult size of the fish you have...you will have a bit of a shock

all ready know how big the knife fish get obveously checked before i bought them, if you read the beginnig of the post it says currently using juwel 180, planning on moving the knife fish and plec ino larger tank in time no need for the smug posts, thought this forum was nice

sorry if you thought i was being smug that was definetly not intended.i was only thinking of you and the fish.....go for the biggest tank you can afford and use a sump underneath the main tank the larger the better to add to the overall volume if you want more info on stuff like that i posted this today entitled
