hi there, ok i have a juwel vision 260 as my "main" tank, community contains tiger barbs (6 of each colour morph) 5 spanner barbs (proof not to listen to lfs and to research first before buying,as they will eventually be too big to be with tigers) bristlenose plec, 3 clown loach, brf shark, and pair of salt and pepper mollies. u.g. filter (old fashioned i know , but got hacked of with external leaking)

my new titchy tank is 28 ltrs, internal filter, sand, and i intend having a betta with 2 dwarf frogs, apple snail and 6 wcmm. and possibly kuhli loach. (this tank is cycling at moment.

I do a 20% water change on main tank every friday and water tests every thursday, using a gravel cleaner (neccesary with u.g. i feel) i'm not sure what the regime will be with the titchy betta tank yet, as it's much smaller.

anyway thats a bit about me! any suggestion re titchy gratefully received :)

Welcome! I would say that the titchy tank seems great except for the kuhli loach, which i would do without. Have fun!!

Welcome :) persoanlly in the 28l i would just have the betta and frogs, Minnows are rather active and prefer cooler temps compared to the betta, the loach again is very active and needs to be in a group which youdo not have space for

changed mind from wcmm and got some neons today, not getting kuhli but sticking with frogs and a snail,( so titchy will eventually have :_
6 neons
2 da frogs
1 betta
1 apple snail

gotta say temp for wcmm was bothering me but read up and many suggest them for life with bettas, whole purpose of tank is for the betta don't want him in a vase with no warmth or filtration ! thanks for advice peeps
