Hello all,

Been searching around for a good fishy forum and this one seems to fit the bill, so a big hello all....

I have been involved in the world of fishkeeping for years, but went tropical about 10 years ago, and have been
through many different fish, but currently have a 3 foot built in cabinet tank stocked with :

3 x Silver dollars (Ronnie, Reggie, Frankie - 3 famous British gangsters, because they strut around like they own the place)
2 x Clown Loaches (Coco & Krusty)
1 x Black Tetra (Survivor of larger shoal)
1 x Cherry Barb (Survivor of Pleccy the vacuum cleaner, my now sadly departed 10 inch Plec)

Tend to stick these days to larger fish as i find them hardier, during changes, etc

Have had Red Tailed Black Shark (10 years!!) 2 Plecs, Danios, Flying Foxes (cannot find anywhere now)
Neons, Cardinals, Various Gouramis, and Silver sharks amongst others

Oh and not forgetting the year i brought 4 guppies, and sold 56 guppies, a year or so later!!!

Have got a problem that occured today, thanks to Big Gris Junior (17 months old..bless him)
Who decided that he would climb up and knock over his breakfast bowl, so that the milk trickled nicely into my freshly cleaned
tank!

Water went nice and cloudy, so immediately carried out a major water change, and with the help of the filter, tonight things
seem pretty clear again, BUT one of my Silver Dollars has now swelled up along most of its length, and even has bulging eyes

I assume this is a reaction to the milky water, but all the others seem fine...any advice?

Would i be best to remove the fish for a total restart?

Thanks
