I reckon 5 rummy nose tetras could go in fine. The tank is a bit small for anything else. The rummy nose tetras are great fish to have in the community aquarium. They add nice colour and can be very active. Although they can take very long to get addapted to the tank. You could maybe try putting in a pair of rams which add great colour andare great to watch. How about a honey gourami. They start of a pale honey colour at first.

When they feel secure in their aqaurium then they will turn into a deeper honey colour
