Hi everyone, im new here im just saying hello.
I have a 12 gallon tank with 2 platies in, 1 black platy and one mickey mouse platy.
I will soon have 3 palties, 3 guppies and 3 neon tetras.
So hello everybody glad to be here at tff.

to the forum, i wouldn't recpmmend adding the neons or the guppies as the platies will take up most if not all of the space especially if they are going to be mixed sex, if you want mixed sex go 1 male 4 female or all males

I think that i will just add 1 more platy as there is 1 male and one female in there, so i will add another female.

that will be good but be warned they breed like crazy, you could maybe get a few shrimp or something for the bottom of the tank and maybe a dwarf gourami

Well i have just gone to have a look at them and i have noticed that the female is following and staying close to him, is this a sign of mating.
Also i havnt mentioned that i introduced them to a new 12 gallon tank yesterday.

Yep i did, and i also added the conditioner thingy to neutralise the chlorine and nitrate etc.
