Hey everyone, was just bored at work searching for info on fish when i stumbled on this forum. It seems great so have decided to join. Im a very very bored nurse coming to the end of my shift in the emergency dept, looking forward to home time.
I have one 120lt fish tank at the moment, its been running for approx 12 months now. Will be getting a Juwel Vision 180 in the nest few weeks, thanks to the lovely stimulus package!!!
I have kept fish for a about 8 yrs and am totally hooked. Really into dwarf cichlids that live in a community tank. Not really region specific, but when we buy a house i will hopefully have enough room to have some tanks that have regional plants and fish in them.
I also like planted aquariums, am looking into setting up my new tank with substrate heating and Co2. So looking forward to getting into that.
Im currently based in Melbourne Australia.
OOh have to run, someones ventilator is beeping, im sure im supposed to do something???

i'm sure you'll love it here. I would definitely recommend a planted tank if you're up for the work. Have you looked into German Blue Rams, Apistogrammas and kribensis? (Although the Krib prefers rockwork)
