Hello all, i'm new here and to the world of fish, i have got a 23L tank, filter, heater, i have got some plants, gravel and an ornament. i have put the water in with all my bits and that is fine, but what do i do now, i presume i dont put fish in as i havent treated the water, so i have bought api stress coat & stress zyme. now i cant work out how much to put in it says add 2x 5ml teaspoon full for every 10 US gallons?? so what do i need to add? im a little lost and i dont want to kill some fish, please help!

Welcome Alan!
Do you have a filter/heater? Yes, you do, sorry. You'll want to run your tank through the nitrogen cycle before adding fish. I'm not sure how large 23 litres is, I need a metric calculator for that.
