Hi all I have kept tropical fish years ago and have just started again went out and bought a aqua style 620t yesterday filled it with conditioned water got it up to temp and filter running what would you suggest first to kick start the filter ?

i have always used fish to cylce my aquariums, but some people use a fishless cycle
what are you intending to keep?

I am just going with a mixture of fish and hopefully well planted
