Hey there
My names Jeff and I'm from Australia. I'm new to tropical fish keeping, I set up my first 2 foot tank last weekend and it currently contains 10 neon tetras, 2 red wagtail platys, 2 blue neon male guppies and 4 female guppies (any suggestions or comments about my current setup would be appreciated). I'm looking at getting a 4 foot tank in the near future and I wondering if you guys had any recommendations to what fish to keep in this sized tank....

its normal to cycle a tank, and that takes several weeks. i remember my mistakes when i started so, am a bit more chilled about these thing than some!!!! keep a good eye on your tank, i would suggest you get yourself a water test kit and post some stats here, things may well go ok, but setting up a tank like this can often lead to trouble.
ill have to leave commenting on the stocking, coz i probably set a bad example lol
