hey everyone,

im rather new to this fish game other than a carnival goldfish, which actually lasted a good few years, as a child. however, i bought a 25l tank from p@h and followed their stupid instructions. which now means i have a tank that i think is bacteria blooming or what not and two mollies im praying survive...

i think im going to ask on the forum if anyone in the brighton area had any filter matter thy could share. any other ideas are moe that appreciated

failing that gor to a decent LFS ( local fish shop) and expalin and ask for some of there mature media.. they usually oblige

while there you aught to think about an API freshwater testing kit.. yes they are pricey ( about 25) but honestly you will save ££ in lost fish ( ebay sell them too cheaper)
you could also take a sample of your tank water into the fish shop and have them test and write down the results for you.. which would help your cause no end.. just post here and someone will tell you exactly whats going on..
