im so glad hes come back. he was in a GIANT display tank at my friends LFS as he owned it it wasnt for sale. but my brother who works there, was offered anything between £150-£200 for him. hes magnificent.

regards Ejsïj

Thats great. Why was he kept in the display tank at LFS??

i have 2 tanks, he went when i decided to get turtles in one tank.
but now ive cleared out my other cichlid tank, with nice open space for him,
hes really lazy though, he lounges about on teh gravel n only swims about from time to time. but he did this in the shop too,
my brother works in the shop. and they looked after him, coz i knew i wanted him back at one point.
and my brother got offered £200 for him :)

Wow £200.00 for a GT.I would of sold it! Even if it was a magnificent fish, you could get loads more cichlids like it!

yeh but i love him....
and here are pics. a compelte history.

when he was stressed and bullied,

hes currently 8" long and really well behaved. the best fish ive ever got. i baught him for £1.50 at the size of 1"
and he was the brightest in the whole tank. so selection plays a major part in how colourful ur fish will be :)
