Helpp I Don't Know If My Betta Is Sick Or Not

I just got this betta for less than two weeks and
well he seems fine until couple days ago where i started noticing his fins looking different
thinking its a fin rot or hes stress or so - but slowly it started growing back so i was like whew -
but now its like as theyre growing back - sometimes there's white stringy fuzz stuck to some of them
and if he swims fast it falls away but the next day id see a new one ...
i thought it might be fungus so i treated it currently ...
but the betta seems totally fine, swimming around, eating like a pig whenever i feed it - not sure
what steps i shud take next - i just got a jungle fungus thing in the mail
but im not sure if its even fungus related! please helppp

Hmm, I would really need to see a photo if that's possible.

If his fins are dissapearing then it could be fin rot, or he could be eating his own fins. If it's fin rot then you could be having problems with your water.
