Hopefully he will make it. Something else you must consider (it's really too late now though) is that you have introduced that disease into your tank with your other fish so you could end up with more casualties that just him.
As for Walmart, I refuse to buy anything from them because of the way their fish are unkept (I refuse to call what the do as "keeping fish"). I did break down this past Saturday and went in a newer Walmart near where I live (not to buy anything, just to look at the fish). It has only been open for about 6 months so I had hoped they would be better than the other 2 near me. I guess I was dreaming as this store was no different from the others. At least 3 dead fish in every tank and the usual carnage of eaten fish cluttering the bottom. Pure and simple, Walmart is the absolute worst. And talking to management is like talking to a wall. They don't do anything.
