Help!

hi guys can you guys please tell me if this is to many fish for my 3ft tank 140 litres.
4 eletric yellows
4 eletric blues
2 golden heads
2 bristle noses
2 peacocks
4 manganoes
2 black fish (i dont know what there called lol)
3 hongis

All my fish are only 1-2 inches.
