I have an Eclipse 12 system that I am having trouble with. I have 2 platy's, 1 small angel, a dwarf pleco and 2 red swords. I can't get my ammonia level to drop. I did a 50% water change last night, cleaned my gravel and still high on the ammonia. My pH is about 7, nitrate and nitrite levels are fine. I have a bag with ammo chips in and it doesn't seem to help. What can I do to get this ammonia level to drop?

Depending on how they work, those ammo chips could be saturated and are now simply leaching ammonia into the tank. You should have a look in the resource centre sticky/pinned topic and read both the fish-in cycling and nitrogen cycle articles if you haven't already.
