That would be better for her. It should also has lots of plants to hide in , and smooth ornaments or rocks so she can't damage herself any more than she already has.
Make sure to do weekly ( or even twice weekly) water changes to keep her water in good order and she should recover. Even if she ends up blind in one eye it won't stop her from living normally and eating. Many fish do extremely well with such disablilities. You should keep her separated from now on. It seems that if she's hiding away in corners but still eating then the other fish may be bothering her ( possibly at night when you aren't observing ) and she just wants to get away.
