Corydoras require a group, they are a shoaling fish and they are especially social. The more the better, so considering just fish numbers here (no parameters aspect) you want in the neighbourhood of 10-12 cories.
I would not add aquatic frogs, this frequently does not work out with fish. There are feeding issues and disease issues both ways. The plec depends upon the species, some remain in the 3-4 inch range, some get over a foot (30+ cm) and being waste factories, won't work here. Most of the small ones need real wood (i.e., not artificial) for their digestive operation. Sand is the substrate needed for cories.
