I really need help with my Africsn Dwarf Frog, I've had two for a year with no problems and I feed them blood worm every 3 days (as instructed by the fish shop) However I have noticed that my frog has completely swollen up and is behaving differently by just floating on the top of the water.
None of my fish or my other frog have any problems and I do a water change frequently and adding aquasafe and the de-stress solution. I thought it could be pregnant but I checked and believe the frog is male due to the spot on it's neck. Please can anyone help me on this matter? I love my frogs dearly and I don't want to lose him!

he hasnt swallowed any gravel has he? they can be quite bad for this :(

Good catch, dwarf frogs are notorious for eating gravel, hence why they should be in tanks with larger than their mouth pebbles.
