Help! With Mbu

My mbu had a white spot on him this morning that has grown a bit and it's now got a point to it. I will upload pics but what does it sound like?

How many gallons or litres is the tank.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
Is the spot raised.
Any redness to the spot dosn't look like it in the pic, but have to ask to make sure.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
Is the spot fluffy in appearance.

phew wilder, i was hoping for you. All water parameters are normal, It was raised but it's much smaller this morning. I added some anti fungus med last night. Its not red at all more fulffy I gues but it's shrinking now

Thats good sign then.
Sounds like the fish is healing itself which they can do.
Just keep up with water changes and might not need a med.

Help again, there are two samll fulffyish spots on him now. the first has gone down but not gone. He's still really active and sems fine but what is it??

Or anti internal bacteria by interpet, if you cant get myxazin.
